Parts Sales Executive – Fleet Accounts
Manage relationships with bus operators, logistics companies and contractors, and grow repeat parts business across the Western Province.
What you’ll do
- Handle quotation requests from fleet customers by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Visit fleet workshops and procurement teams to build long-term accounts
- Prepare quotations for tenders and bulk orders
- Follow up on orders through to delivery
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in automotive or commercial vehicle parts sales
- Good knowledge of truck and bus brands used in Saudi Arabia
- Fluent Arabic and good English
- Valid Saudi driving licence
Parts Specialist – Catalogue & Technical
Identify the right part for every request using VINs, chassis numbers, engine codes and OEM catalogues.
What you’ll do
- Decode VINs and chassis numbers and match parts in OEM catalogues
- Resolve superseded and discontinued part numbers
- Advise customers and the sales team on fitment
- Keep the internal parts database accurate
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years as a parts advisor, workshop technician or catalogue analyst
- Experience with Japanese, Chinese or European commercial vehicles
- Comfortable with electronic parts catalogues and Excel
- Good English; Arabic is a plus
Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator
Run receiving, storage and dispatch at our Jeddah warehouse so orders leave on time and complete.
What you’ll do
- Receive, check and barcode incoming stock
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders across the Kingdom
- Organise courier and fleet delivery schedules
- Run regular stock counts and report discrepancies
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years in warehouse or logistics, ideally automotive parts
- Experience with a warehouse or ERP system
- Organised, accurate and safety-minded
- Forklift licence is a plus
Procurement Officer – International Sourcing
Source parts from manufacturers in Asia, Europe and the GCC at the right price and lead time.
What you’ll do
- Request and compare supplier quotations
- Place and track purchase orders and shipments
- Work with customs brokers on import clearance
- Build relationships with factory and distributor partners
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in procurement or import, ideally automotive
- Experience with international shipping and Saudi customs
- Strong negotiation and written English
- Chinese language is a plus

Do I need experience in automotive parts?
For most roles, yes. Experience with commercial vehicles is the most useful background. For warehouse roles, general logistics experience is enough to start.
